Aftermarket Expediter in GAC Van Nuys

Preferred:
- Ability to lead critical AOG and aftermarket material support efforts to minimize aircraft downtime and meet customer commitments.
- Capable of coordinating with Materials, Repair & Control, Procurement, and Service Center teams to expedite material requirements across the enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Corridor, and/or other inventory management systems to track orders, monitor shortages, and provide real-time status updates.
- Demonstrates strong customer communication and issue resolution skills, managing high-priority escalations and service recovery actions.
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, inventory optimization, and proactive identification of supply chain risks and opportunities.
The compensation range for this role is $33.83 - $44.40 per hour.
Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to: minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location.

Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Three to four years experience in shipping, material handling, technical operations, or transportation. Position Purpose:Under low to moderate supervision track and own Aircraft on Ground (AOG) orders through delivery. Locate out of stock parts to AOG situations. Support for Technical Operations-take over order taking role when exceptional situations arise.Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:- Monitor and take ownership of AOG orders through sales, picking, shipping and delivery. .
- Travel domestically and/or internationally as required. .
- Ability to operate personal computers, experience with Microsoft Windows/Windows NT and Microsoft Offices Products, Word and Excel.
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
